Foot Locker

This review is for Foot Locker Australia and not really representative of the service that I received at this store.I returned some defective shoes and when queried as to what happens to them, the manager said they must be destroyed.Note that the defect was really minor; a small tear on the same spot on both shoes. The shoes were still completely usable.In a time where the waste that we produce is a serious issue, I think it’s really really poor form to dispose of the shoes.Give them back? Give them to a homeless shelter? Send them to a third work country?Shame on Foot Locker. Your policy in this regard is dated and I will never make another purchase from Foot Locker until this policy is binned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked whether we needed assistance. They were happy to wait while we looked and then offered assistance when we had questions. They were knowledgable and able to help us with our decision making.

This is the 5th time now that Foot Locker has confirmed my order and taken payment only then to find out I have missed out only when I follow them up. Shop at Nike at least if you purchase an item you will get it.

Most sport stores dont have a lot of toddler shoes to choose from but this store I always find has a lot of different styles. Quick customer service.

Staff can be a bit rude sometimes. They get more new stuff in than jd tho which is nice

Great variety of sporting goods at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and provide a good helpful service, I recommend them highly for all kinds of sports shoes and popular apparel.
