When I ordered I was told it would be a 15-20min wait, which I was ok with. When I returned I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting and watching. They had my order sitting on a chopping board on the bench with no heat or covering, they were boxed up and handed to me with no gloves. There were making other peoples orders with no gloves and getting steamed buns out of the steamer with no gloves or tongs. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. This is disgusting and completely wrong.

Maybe not this one but the one in willows is absolutely trash, got the dumplings and they were 90% dough 10% filling and to add they had paper left on the bottom so obviously their food is not ‘fresh and authentic’ and the prices are out of this world, 6 dollars for one boa bun. Don’t go here if you want some decent food.

Behind the fancy interior, we saw staffs were warming up the curry with a plastic take away container into the microwave. It is really unhealthy treating customers with lots of BPA. The food came out, we expected at least the taste was good but it was quite watery with all rice at the bottom of the ball. We left 2/3 of curry and came out from the restaurant feeling sorry for the next customers who are already ordering food.

Great menu and polite staff,Major downfall is lack of hygiene control...No gloves when handling food, no use of gloves when cleaning tables after customers. And clear windows.allows customers to see that staff do not use hand soap to wash hands , this I cross co tamination at its best.

Absolutely Amazing!Fresh, tasty and my new favourite. I've walked past many times and finally decided to give it a try. Not one regret here!!Went there again today for lunch (20th July) and amazing again!!

Oh wow those bao buns were perfect. One tofu, one pork belly and one fried chicken delivered via Uber eats hot and fresh. They also arrived early. I’m coming back for more!

2 stars is being generous for the food being okay but not great. First impressions.. awkward energy in the air with people waiting for their food out the front, had obviously ordered a while before I arrived. There was only one server who didn't even acknowledge me as I stood at the counter, I had to say hello. The POS was a waste of time as the server had to write out the order again on a piece of paper. I waited 15 minutes watching the faces of the customers before me getting anxious about their order, which to my surprise I ended up getting my food before one gentleman. I won't be coming back in a hurry. I do not recommend this place to anyone on their 30 minute lunch break.
