Horrible place to go to. Just had my eyebrows waxed and they did them in less than 2 minutes. No smiles from the workers there, no hello, no goodbye, no manners whatsoever. A smile doesn't cost anything.How do you keep your clientele? Disgusting, and you should all be ashamed of yourselves. To the manager, use your managing skills and get some decent workers who want to work.Shame, shame shame!!!! Treat your customers with respect.

Went there yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded. Firstly, horrible customer service, the worker would simply not talk, I was left staring at her face to figure out what I’m meant to do. Secondly, the pamphlet in the shop said $12 for eyebrow threading, but the lady charged me $18!! I paid by my phone and realised when I got home. I tried calling them a few times yesterday and again today and no one picked up. Worst experience ever!!!

The lady who did eyebrows to me she is having runny nose , and she said she has hay fever, very painful threading i never experienced and she said her company supplied rough threads all customers are complaining. I am in pain due to her threading and behaviour.Suddenly she started saying you are disrespectful to me, im working from 7 years here,do not come here.I do not know she own the company or not.she is very dis respectful ,so much pain i faced during threading, even she did not remove facial wax fully,not applied cream.She do not know the work how to do threading. She is making fun infront of everyone.If manager is there,please watch cc t.v footage if you have.I do not how you recruited her without knowing proper beauty work.Better if she learns some work before she works on clients

Amazing service. Quick and great brows in minutes. The place is packed and there were only two staff. They were flustered and exhausted but served us with a smile. The girl who did my brows was an Afghani girl and she was absolutely lovely. I asked her if she had her lunch and she hadn’t by 2.30 pm. Which was pretty sad. I definitely would request management to add more staff as this place gets flooded. I was in on Monday.

Unfortunately a very poor experience.Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. They were uneven in their shape, the tint was left on for far too long and was then too dark, but also my skin underneath was sore.

I have used the place few times for eyebrow threading. Every time there were different beauticians, some were very good, with beautiful smile, excellent communication during the procedure, post procedure checks with you for satisfaction and thanks for visiting the place.However at the same time there were few that make you feel so guilty to use the place, even to think several times do I have to visit this place, is this my only option, some staff is so rude, don't clean your face after procedure, don't ask your satisfaction, no communication, no lotion, once my skin was so inflamed til I reached home and applied something on my face and all those times, the staff was not even busy, sitting on chair.Another issue is, most of the time the shop is locked at 4 pm, where as the time on website is 5pm. I understand if the door is locked at 4.45 pm but one hour before is really irrelevant. And there are no customers inside and staff is sitting on chairs.I went yesterday 16-9-2022at 4 pm and doors were locked and staff just sitting on chairs.If the owner is seeing this message, please- get your staff communication education- anyone you hire please give them training for proper procedure, people have different tone skins,Please don't let them use the same attitude and ways of working from the place they have been trained especially from their home country.- get proper time on website and get staff to close at that time.Otherwise, You are losing one hour business everyday.Disregard my review if you want to wait until someone records the behaviour of your staff and post on social media.But I am definitely not visiting your place ever even the last one of beauty places available in the world.

This is the third time this has happenedA sign is put at the front “Be back from break in 30 mins” and you can clearly see them inside - and the door is locked to ensure no one can go inside - this occurred at 3:50pm.I’m not sure why - but stick to your trading times.

Absolutely horrible place, will not be returning.Was in there for eyebrow wax & tint, was in & out of the chair within 10 minsShe took no pride in her work and the end result was disgusting.

Really beautiful girls woking there especially girl with covered head and there is other one with little bit tan on the face (sorry i don’t know the name) even though they were short staffed, i requested them them if i can have threading done because i was on my break , other girl came half way from her break and did my threading.. Good work girls
