Marquis

We purchased a Marquis vanity when we renovated 6 years ago & it remains in perfect condition. Now on a second renovation we ordered two more Marquis vanities. This time one of the ceramic tops had a small chip when the builder unwrappped them. Marquis after sale service was from another time. They responded immediately, did not try to blame us & within 7 days they had dropped off a replacement top & taken back the damaged one. Not only are these vanities a great quality product, made in Australia, but their customer service is first class!

We build a new house and paid $$$ to get this brand installed in our bathrooms. The vanity is falling apart within a year and a half. When I put in a warranty request, I was told “The damage has been determined to be due to water exposure and not due to faulty manufacturing.Marquis products are manufactured with high quality moisture resistant materials but are not waterproof. Any excess water needs to be wiped dry to avoid the chance of water damage.Water damage is not a manufacturing fault and is therefore not covered by our warranty policy.We are happy to offer you a replacement cabinet at cost price however. Please let us know if you would like to take up this offer.”It’s highly disappointing as the vanities are supposed to get exposed to water, they are in the bathroom not in the showroom.I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please do your research before you pay $$$.Thanks,

I've always purchased Marquis vanity units for my bathrooms I have renovated. I recently had a warranty issue and Marquis were very good and prompt to get my doors & drawer fascia's replaced. Great service and still Aussie made!

We had a Marquis vanity in our old bathroom & didn't look at another brand when we came to do our new bathroom as we had been so happy with it. I had a few questions before we ordered the new vanity & Marquis could not have been more helpful. When there was an issue after the sale they also could not have provided better after sales service. The quality of Marquis service became clear when we had an issue with another bathroom supplier & that company gave us the run-around. It made me realise how great Marquis service had been & motivated me to post a review. Thanks for a quality product & great service!

Bought a vanity from Marquis through another supplier. Samios Plumbing QLD this year.Unfortunately the vanity was damaged while being transported to my address.After contacting the company I found them more than helpful in dealing with the problem and they arranged for a rep to call out to fix the problem.The rep tried his best to rectify the issues but in the end he had to admit defeat .Poor guy spent hours here.I contacted the company again with the result and Allen emailed me straight back.The company then arranged to have all new draws made and Allen drove from NSW to QLD himself to reinstall the new draws.Great service and would certainly recommend anyone to buy their products.Very good quality and amazing after sales service.Also some great designs and the only company that seems to think outside the box.Thanks again Allen and Greg for all the help we received from you both at MarquisFrom two very happy customers David & Janet

DO NOT BUY!!A vanity was bought in December and not even 6 month later we are dealing with the water damage ON THE SIDE of the vanity . I explained that our bathroom is very well ventilated and there's no chance that water was dripping but in their shameful email they said that their products aren't waterproof AND ANY EXCESS WATER NEEDS TO BE WIPED DRY. So basically every time after using the vanity you need to wipe it all including the sides - this is how poor quality their products are!
