Place is good because you can actually relax without feeling like you need to talk to them. Cons is that I came out a little unhappy with my hair. I know blonde is a hard color to get to from dark however there were a couple of patches in the back of my head i didnt see till later and was quite pricey

They have a number waiting system which they don't follow. Had 2 barbers come out and hand select 2 other guys who came after me. I usually get my hair cut here and usually no problems.. do better guys!

Absolutely horrible service, they will make you wait forever and then give you someone so inexperienced. I asked for a simple curl and I have left with the absolute worst hairstyle I have ever gotten. Something as simple as curls was messed up I’m not sure how. I have had to re wash my hair because it simply cannot be fixed, my hair was also under way too much heat and it feels straw like. The worst establishment I have been to do not waste your time and money here!

I had my hair treatment ( keratin treatment ) done here and it was absolutely wonderful. My hair was a really curly hair and it took like long 6+ hours to get it done and they guys did an awesome job.

I am honestly not one to write a bad review but I was pretty upset with the outcome of my service.I don’t usually get my nails done so I’m not really familiar with the whole process, etc. Anyways, I went in for a pedicure and manicure on Wednesday 21/12/2022 and the lady who did my nails was quite rough. She hurt both my toes and my fingers when she was doing them and when she cut my cuticles, my ring finger was bleeding and she did not really care, she just continued on. (I made the mistake of allowing her to continue without saying anything so I played a part in this too)I now have redness and swelling on my ring finger and three of my toes. After looking it up, it turns out I have an infection so I am pretty upset. I would recommend that if you are going to get your nails done that you do inform them of anything and everything that may not sit well with you otherwise you’ll end up like me.

Had to get my nails done on Australia Day and my usual salon was closed. I'm so happy with the job the ladies did. Perfect shape and lovely staff. Thank you

They have the worst customer service and male hair dresser, please don’t go there I had a very bad experience.

Absolutely appalling customer serviceWent in with with 2 hours left until closing time only to be told “no no no time come tomorrow” I was only wanting a pedicure that’s absolute rubbish they weren’t busy with customers they were to busy doing there own staff members hair.Due the status of the economy at the moment I would highly recommend that customers should definitely be first priority!

Ah joiiiii!!!!!!!!!!, First time here. Waited in line patiently for 2 hours, trying to respect their number system" which they do not follow I left. Trying to explain to them that I was next because the guy that was before me was currently getting his cut. They proceeded to tell someone that came after me to go ahead and sit down. Waste of my time do not recommend if you're not a regular here because you will be last in line no matter what. Very Un Cambodian like."
