We purchased cotton candy ice cream cake and.... it was delicious. I'm not a fan of ice cream, but I did like this one.I called prior to going to the store, and the female on the phone was helpful and polite, and the service in-store was okay.

Yummo. So many delicious icecream flavours to choose from either in cones, sundaes or shakes.Great location right on the Rockingham foreshore. We went for a lovely beach walk and stopped for dessert.We tried the Peaches n Cream flavour which was divine. My usual favourite is Choc Chip cookie dough.Friendly staff.

Very, very bad costumer service from the young girl on the till ( she don't have idea about costumer service) on Sunday around 4:00pm, We bought 12 cones, she is very rude taking the order, not tax invoice and not stamps for my BaskinRobnns card.Thanks

Nice ice cream but overpriced. They do accomidate you with extra cups and spoons when asked so you can make it much cheaper by ordering a cup then halfing between each other/kids. I mean who needs that much ice cream especially the kids!

They have quite a few very interesting flavours not seen in other places. It was a little busy since there was only 1 person scooping but it didn't take too long to order. It gave us time to decide on the flavours to pick. We ended up getting a scoop of cotton candy and another of baklava.The cotton candy was just sweet and I couldn't get that cotton candy flavour. the baklava was nice with pieces of nuts and crumble. We were able to get a couple of spoons to share the cone. They had indoor and outdoor seating available. It was a nice stop for dessert.

Music , was playing way too loud so I had to repeat my order several times and shout above the music to be heard. No cones apart from plain waffle cones available, even though the display showed an array of various different cones, available to chose from. Probably better not to display pictures of all the different cones you can buy, if none are available. My husband, grandson and I all ate our ice creams then I tried to order a birthday cake for my grandson's 7th birthday (which is in April). The young girl told me that the store was not taking any cake orders and they only had what was in the fridge available for sale. I explained that I didn't need it until April, still made no difference. Not the Baskin Robbins I remember. Will try the Baldivis store, maybe they make birthday cakes to order??

Always order macadamia , but they never seem to have , always out of stock . Very poor management if one of the my popular flavour is never available

Nice customer service, however the place is dirty. Spilt icecream on the indoor bench, other dirt etc all over the floors. There is no upkeep in the shop I'm sorry to say.

Great ice cream, but they ran out of cherries.It was a very busy Sunday though.If you've got kids there are water fountains nearby to wash away sticky hands ;)

Absolutely appalling service. Went to Baldivis store to order birthday cake for my daughter. No, we don't do special orders here, you need to go to Rockingham. Get to Rockingham, no we can't do it here, we need 2 weeks notice. Decided to settle for one of the standard orders. Can we order it here and pick up from Baldivis, no you need to go back to Baldivis.Decided to go with Freddo Frog from Wollies
