The worst company because they recruit bad employees, do not follow Australian traffic rules, violation in the city almost caused accidents, the driver even made insulting remarks. For your life safety, avoid the service from Indian driver in this company.

We got a cab to the botanical gardens in Hobart from the grand chancellor and cost $9.50. After the event we attended , the cab drivers were asking $35 to $50 upfront to go anywhere, even only back to the grand chancellor. Myself, my wife and two young children were knocked back 5 times because our trip was too short and if we wanted the trip it was going to cost us $35 to $50. Our booked cab finally turned up (can number 040) and he seen us and asked where we wanted to go and he even denied us the trip. Fortunately a Good Samaritan was willing to pay the outrageous rip off fee and told us to jump in with him. If it wasn’t for him we would have had to walk back in the dark with our 2 young children. This behaviour is from the cab drivers is outrageous and disgusting turning down a family in need and utterly un-Australian! Not that any of the drivers were from Australia. We felt as if we was in Bali bidding a price just to get our kids home safely. Thank you 13scabs

Driver demanded payment BEFORE driving to drop off location, I’m not sure why that’s a thing now for a short 5 minute drive, when I called 13cabs about it, the lady who I spoke to was rude and that it’s their livelihood and they have a right to do so. I’ve caught a taxi a few times in the last few months and paid at drop off, I don’t like that they’re assuming you’re not going to pay and the rudeness when you question it.

Don't trust this company. They double charged me through the app + the driver. Nobody feels responsible. Nobody is answering several emails I wrote or calls I made. I don't understand how such a company can legally operate in a civilized country.

Rude ignorant and very unwilling to help a passenger with their heavy grocery. Cent find location ever and can't even speak English. Infers that I am old and should have a good card and refused to carry my bags 10 steps or less away from the vehicle . Wouldn't even get the bags out of the boot. This is a fing disgrace and I have found this company to be the worst of a bad bunch across the board.

we used a 13cabs taxi from Hobart airport to Murray St. Once we reached our destination the driver shut down the meter and said that the cost was $63 although the meter had $47 before he turned it off. We didn't know if there was an airport departure fee since we took the taxi from the airport & thought $16 was pretty high. We were going to pay with cash and the driver said that he only took credit cards.I asked the taxi driver who we used to return back to the airport after our hobart stay about the airport fee and he said that the fee is $3.85 and mentioned that we should have been given an itemized receipt of the meter and airport fee which we didn't. He told us to file a complaint.On the GMcabs website (which 13cabs falls under their company) we tried to file a complaint of being overcharged but there was no record of our trip. Calling the credit card company to dispute this charge

DriveDay 1 driver had no idea where to go. Did not use gps and got lost.Next driver talked on the phone nearly the whole timeDay 2 requested a sedan maxi arrived which I can't get into. Had to wait for another late for appointment

I just want to share a pathetic experience. On 16th of February at around 4.00pm my partner took a 13 cab from Liverpool st Infront of Wellington centre. She had to attend a meeting at school. From the start driver was talking loud and unprofessionally. Once he asked my partner to get down as there is traffic. That few minutes were very stressful to her and she burst in to tears when she get down. Driver didn't drop her in the correct place refusing to do so and even she couldn't attend the meeting. We use 13 cabs frequently but this was the worst experience ever. These people are sore to the company and entire society also.

We used this taxi company several times on our trip to Hobart. The drivers were friendly and helpful. Service was great. Always cane quickly. Couldn't ask for more.
