I phoned to speak to the manager to discuss an issue I was having from one of there members shop that was piggybacking on my web site illegally which has been going on now for some weeks but do you think I would have got a return call? I feel sorry for all it's members that pay to be part of this Car Craft Brand when clearly your manager can't return a call when clearly I had evidence showing them this was going on but he chose too bury his head! DISGRACEFUL
