Centred In Yoga
I have been practicing yoga with Sharon for 3 years now and really enjoy all of her classes. She’s very inspiring and is happy to help everyone and modify poses if people are unable to do them, she’s very patient, warm and friendly. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for some peace and me time from a busy life.
