The worst kfc I asked for two zinger boxes got given couple of wings when I paid for so much and she refused to give me my food when I said this not what I order and she dismissed me and said well I didn’t see it on screen and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong and she was in the right. her and she was the manger and was very rude and not helpful at all and she end up just giving me it but seriously I shouldn’t have this hard just to give me my meals and over done with this not what u call fast food please be better at not stuffing people’s orders and gaslighted into think their customers was wrong customers always right.

The self order kiosk just diminishes the atmosphere. Staff seemed totally disinterested, can't blame them, they are basically working a factory line for less money.Overpriced for what you get- greasy chicken.

Received RAW bacon in my burger.I emailed corporate regarding this, and their solution was a credit under my name but to receive it I had to out myself to front of house staff, have a manager look at my ID or bank card to apply a $15 discount. As much as I appreciate this, I SHOULD NOT have to embarrass myself in front of staff and customers just to get a store credit.In said email from the assistant manager, they smoke their bacon so it is naturally pink, giving it a pink hue. I have had bacon from here before, and I KNOW for a fact that IT WAS RAW. I know what it's supposed to look like. If it was smoked it wouldn't have the texture of rubber, be dark pink (borderline light red) and STONE COLD. These details were not addressed by other party in email and just glossed over it to make it seem like I was overreacting.From now on, I'm going to the Munno Para store. I do not trust this here anymore.

It was probably good timing but anyway I ve eaten many many zinger burgers over the years, I've just had my best one ever tonight from this store like wow Ive never tasted a chicken fillet this incredible in my life. The temperature mattered too, it was like it came straight from the fryer I just never experienced that before in my whole life

Food was tasty chicken but chips just ok. The cost is disgusting. No, smile from the young girl who I finely managed to get attention from. I do not use the new way of ordering. Where is the services that was always there before.

Just grabbing a Twister - a quick bite for lunch. Everything was good. Comparable with other KFC's I've been to. Happy with my meal!
