Belinda sold us an amazing apartment in Crawley last year. She was professional, friendly, obliging and helpful throughout the process. She made everything easy for us, even though we live rurally. Belinda was very accommodating to our viewing requests, including at short notice, and liased promptly with the sellers with our concerns/ questions, and our offer. Belinda was very professional and thorough in our initial meetings. Once we appointed Airey as property managers our property was handed to Annette. Annette found a tenant within a week. Annette has also been very proactive in attending to items at the apartment. We are very happy with the partnership.

I had a great experience as a tenant with Airey. Lisa Barnard is an excellent agent who is fair, personable and quick with her communication. I felt valued as a tenant and could see that the owner's interests were respected as well. Everyone was happy throughout the two year lease and this is, in essence, an agent's job; to take care of the property and make sure all parties are served well. Words escape both Chris and me, Stuart to express what a fantastic and highly professional experience it has been every single time we have dealt with your senior property manager Mrs Wendy Trussell. Wendy is so good at her job and is completely light years ahead in her abilities compared to what we were subjected to by Gow realestate’s Andrew Mockford, who it was like going to war with when just asking for some simple maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical works as he even delayed fixing our badly leaking toilet at our previous residence of Wilton Court Flat 21/375 Stirling Highway Claremont. We lived there for exactly 8 years and 8 months and we were never late on the rent once also we never damaged the property once in the slightest single manner. When we first moved in there, to flat 21, it is hard to believe but it is true even the front door would not lock properly. In the time we lived there, flat 21, we experienced 21 separate and individual serious faults with the building.Dealing with Wendy, at Airey, is such a breath of fresh air having experienced such a punishing past. Wendy is so very good at her job. We enjoy living very much so in the relatively new, less than 4 years old building, rather than the old 52 year old concrete block of flats. Wendy was so kind to us me, Stuart and Chris, to let us sign the lease to live here in this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, yes apartment, not a horrible flat. We have recently verbally requested / applied with Wendy for a 3 year extension to the lease. We have never been late with the rent, of $700 per week and we will never be late. We already have a proven track record regarding this and with all our previous tenancy agreements. We we left flat 21, Wilton Court, we got 100% of our bond money back. Yes our bond was fully returned and that speaks volumes.We reiterate both Chris and me would find it absolutely impossible to speak or write about Wendy in nothing else but the very highest of regard specifically mentioning her total professionalism. My partner Emily and I value respect, integrity, transparency, and honesty.We have been extremely disappointed in Airey Real Estate, and believe none of the values has been met.Our recommendation is to look elsewhere if you want a company who respects their staff and customers.Our personal experience:We had found Alison Ruland to manage our rental through recommendations and hence Airey Real Estate now for a few years.Everything was organised and managed to a high standard keeping us and our tenant extremely happy.Alison had been made redundant and a new property manager was assigned without consultation.We called Airey Real Estate to communicate our disappointment in the situation. During our phone conversation (July 2022) it was verbally agreed that we would be released from our contract, but this was later rescinded over email.We were assigned one of their senior property managers, and her work had been incompetent. Examples are not knowing the details of our property, incorrect calculations, and asking us to fix their own mistakes.We communicated with their Directors and assigned property manager at the time about all the issues above and their response had been unapologetic at best.

I have had a great relationship with many of the staff at Airey Real Estate. Allison and Wendy have been fantastic agents. Wendy especially has always been very flexible and understanding. We have had a great agent/client relationship. She is very efficient and quick to get back to me regarding questions or concerns. I feel very grateful to have been looked after by such a great team, and I hope to continue this relationship in the future with Kyla :)
