Not impressed by the service. Work is poor and had to get them to come out to the car park to finish the job properly. Sorry I wont be using them again.

Great bunch of people and great service. I have spent a lot of money there and they have always looked after me. Had an issue where my alternator Wasn't Charging properly and Hannah got the guys to have a look at it free of charge which (saved me w lot of time and money) I was .able to purchase a new alternator. Great friendly service from dedicated professionals.

ARB HEAD OFFICEPERTH WA17TH January 2021To whom it may concernI wish to bring to your attention a particular ARB store in Mandurah on Gordon Road West Australia and convey to higher management within the ARB chain how this store is a shining light and in how it conducts business.I have a 4 wd vehicle and regularly use the Mandurah ARB store whenever I need modifications or equipment for my vehicle. The staff are always polite and patient, but in particular I have found Jim the store manager to be exceedingly helpful, patient and accommodating in assisting my vehicle needs. Several months ago, I had a smashed rear canopy window to my vehicle of which was insured and was on the eve of my camping expedition with family. It was late on a Friday afternoon and my insurance company were not accommodating my needs for a replacement window and repair. I took the bull by the horns and organised repairs myself calling ARB Mandurah for a replacement window who were able to assist with a window and repair due to the store Manager Jim manoeuvring around to accommodate an early morning repair to enable my holiday to proceed without disruption. More recently, having purchased a caravan and the need for an electrical brake installation to my vehicle again close to going on holiday, Jim the store manager has yet again gone the extra mile in accommodating my need in having the brakes fitted to my vehicle during busy times.I am a business owner myself and regularly interact with the public of which isn’t always easy especially during busy times. Jim in particular, along with his team has in my view excelled, going above and beyond to accommodate me, prompting this letter to ARB higher management informing them about this great, fantastic person you have managing your store in Mandurah. All staff in the store display similar traits to Jim.I can only presume that the store in Mandurah is a success and I’m sure Jim’s manner and willingness to please customers along with his team who also follow Jim’s lead in being friendly and helpful and assist with the stores continued success.Thank you, Jim and your store team members, for excelling in business.CheersJohn OrchardMurray River Lodge

Can't complain about the service, there isn't any. I was after a winch replacement, talk to them on Monday told they will call me back, call again on Wednesday, told they will call me back. Call Adventure 4wd on Friday , great service and now getting a new winch from them. If a business won't call customers back don'e expect customers to keep calling you. I will never call them for anything again.

Good, friendly service. Fantastic quality products. You cannot go wrong with ARB.

Stood at the desk waiting for 1 of the uninterested staff to help me. No help in finding a strut that a local mechanic organised in 5 minutes. Too many staff sitting around in a comfortable office explains the exorbitant prices they want for their products

Ordered a Summit Bar 2 months in advance to be installed Aug 31st, called up on my way to Mandurah (3.5 hrs from where I live/work) only to be told they don’t have the bar even though I had placed a deposit on it… I had ZERO correspondence, even though my booking still stood in their system. I was then told I need to come in to the store to receive my refund, to which I refused. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Save yourself the headache.

Poor customer service, ordered some roofracks from them, had my roofracks delivered 6 days ago was never notified, had to keep calling them, won't be going through them again.
