Lovely staff and service I got a shellac mani and pedi the experience was great but the quality of the polish was extremely poor, I got them done at 5pm Sat when I awoke the next morning they had already chipped but Wednesday the shellac of of 2 nails had completely chipped away the all of the remainder nails were damaged. Really disappointing particularly when it was $85

Definitely avoid this place unless you want your nails to look terrible and waste your time.They applied the polish very unevenly and it came off immediately. When I came back a few days later asking to have it fixed I was spoken to so rudely and with total hostility, I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Came in for an acrylic set with gel, short wait which was good but my nails are lumpy, dented and several of them have a tilt to one side and are bent upwards. Gel polish wasn't applied to the ends of the nails so I'll be waiting for them to start chipping.

The best in Paddington and, I think, in the Eastern Suburbs. All the girls are friendly and efficient, they take care of hygiene and, most importantly, they create beautiful nails. Excellent at shaping or correcting shapes and my shellac always lasts at least two weeks, no peeling.

Friendly staff, yet under staffed and still welcoming in customers with promise of '5 minute' wait.The lady rushed through my pedicure (did it within 5 minutes, only paint though) and charged me $40. I wish I just scrubbed my feet at home.

Tried Paddington nails for the first time yesterday and I am so impressed. SNS was very reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job, nails look so natural and not thick at all, as well as having amazing shape! I'm so happy with the turn out and will definitely be back!

I have been very happy getting my nails done here over about eight manicures, but the last two times the polish won't set properly and has so little shine. I don't know why. I went and bought a bottle of the same OPI top coat they use--I got a glossy finish.

Been going there for years. Always happy. Last visit October 2022 the girl over buffed my finger nails and since then 4 of my nails keep splitting. I have always had very tough nails. I am very upset about the experience. I went back a few weeks ago to show the manager. She dismissed me and took no responsibility. I will never go there again.
