I am a pensioner. Cannot see past bill payments. Why am I getting estimated read bills when the meter is clear to read. Why do I get fobbed off when I ring up about it. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to activate review.

Iam happy with services and staff are friendly, but i have lots of different issues with their accounts and billing system over the years. Also their 1800 number has no back option if you press the wrong number or cant find the option you are looking for.

JUST TRY CALLING THEM on hold and when you do get to talk to someone They know NOTHING TRANSFER TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO KNOWS EVEN LESS ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGER NEVER AVAILABLE DESIGNED SO YOU GIVE UP OR GIVE THEM A SERVE AND THEY RING THE POLICE QUICKER THAN U CAN SAY BOO

A company as big as this doesn’t even have email bills set up? Customers move addresses all the time but they don’t move emails???If I was you Power and Water, I would set up email invoice bills as an ease instead of sending out paper bills to people that have long gone from their house and then claiming that it’s “overdue” when they never even got the bill because they are long gone. Please respond PowerWater.

Utterly hopeless. They have been unable to issue a bill, but issued final notices / warnings via phone, mail and SMS twice now. I've signed up for e-billing and updated my mailing address twice. I requested a bill be sent for an amount I paid in response to a disconnection letter but still received nothing. Why are you unable to send statements of usage / bills to me?
