Hayfever Flowers

Thank you for responding to my concerns so promptly. I didn't know that you had an Instagram account and had shown the flowers with and without the ribbon. I apologise profusely as I was going off a comment from a family member who may not have seen the full wreath due to other wreaths being on top. I was only sent one photo without the wreath (which I totally loved and replied back that they were beautiful).Please be assured that Hayfever Flowers are a genuine and reputable business - thanks to their quick response, I was able to see online the fantastic job they did and realise that this is a misunderstanding - I retract my statement and want to say that if you are interstate, please feel reassured that you are getting great service, great product and great value for money too!Kind Regards Suzana Cottam - please see that I was able to attach photos from your instagram page and changed the rating from 1 star to 5 star - my parents and my husband and I thank you for the excellent job that you did - my aunty would have loved them too!##########################################Very disappointing experience/purchase. I am in another state and ordered a funeral wreath for my beloved aunty's funeral. I was sent a photo today and told these were the ones that were sent only to find it that the wreath looked nothing like the photo sent (if only i could attach photos) and only had one family name on the ribbon attached. The flowers were all white and consisting of the one type of flower. I am very disappointed and don't like being lied to. It's hard enough mourning a loved one and not being there in person but to be lied to and taken advantage of is not on. If you are interstate I advise you not to buy from Hayfever Flowers.

Great suggestions provided by Lucy who was very friendly, personable and professional. I popped in and explained i needed a birthday bunch for my sister-in-law and Lucy took the time to listen to what I'd like and also suggested what might work and then proceeded to do her magic! Went here by chance to by flowers for my anniversary and the lady I think maybe the owner Waa lovely and had great customer service skills and the flowers were amazing
