If your a business and require payment out of this company be prepared to wait. Trading Terms mean nothing to this company they really have put a bad taste in our mouth and made us very cautious about ever dealing with them again.

My mum has been a resident since late April 2018. Started off wellwhen managed by Berrington. However since being taken over by Bethanie the facility has deteriorated in the care of the residents, specifically in the MSU.

Staff are not professional in the treatment of entertainers. If this is how they treat their residents my advice would be to chose somewhere not run by Bethanie.

the managers there have no idea and the caring staff don't look after the residents very well even when yelling out to them. very bad staff culture and morale
