Called Matt Nissen yesterday for a quote required for a large Toowoomba company. After discussing the details of the job Matt abruptly and rudely stated that he didn't have time to quote jobs and wasn't interested in taking on our business. When I told him that's fine we wont bother calling you again and ended the conversation he then proceeded to go to our business google page and left a negative review under his personal name which stated Wow Ben is a nice guy...NOT". He then later deleted that review and used the Century Locksmith account to leave another negative review about an online order. It even states on a google search for Century Locksmith that they do FREE QUOTES!!!! What a professional attitude towards your potential customers! Wouldn't recommend their service to anyone if this is their attitude towards taking on new clients."

Prompt and thorough service after my keys and garage remote were stolen. When I was discharged from hospital I returned home to all new door and security door keys and garage remote.
