This is the quickest and most appropriately priced drafting service ever! We started planning a major renovation on our home this year. I had the builder and tradesmen friends recommend draftsmen. And because I had already prepared a comprehensive concept floor plan, I was able to compare the quotes on an apples-to-apples basis. After getting several quotes, with the quoted fees being okay but not great and commencement times between 2-3 months, I decided on a whim to get one more quote for comparison. Instead of relying on referrals, I did an internet search and found Geelong Budget Drafting. After making the call, Hadin came to my house for a discussion and measurement within a fortnight, and then finalised the working drawings within a month! Even the builder was surprised at the speed of the turnaround. And the fee was significantly less than the other quotes. Some time after receiving the working drawings, after a discussion with the builder, I decided to make a revision to the drawings. The fee for revision was modest and the turnaround for the drawings was again rapid. Highly recommended!
