I was charged $250 for a 2 cu. Metre bin, 5 days later I called to have it emptied and a replacement brought in. They charged me $290 for the replacement.A friend called for a quote a week later and was quoted $220 for the first bin and $220 for the second bin should it need emptying.I sent a note to Kartaway’s headquarters explaining my situation and asked for a refund, no one has bothered to get in touch with me.Don Hatfield

Absolutely TERRIBLE Go ELSEWHERE!They dropped it in the wrong spot, came back 3wks late to collect it and charged my credit card for the extra time without even asking!Worst moving experience of my life.
