Even in the blazing hot weather, this gym doesn't have aircon. Invest in an aircon!!!! Even in 40 degree weather they will not turn it on. Please stop being cheap. Every other plus fitness gyms have running working aircon. Equipment isn't great either.

Average gym with outdated equipment and people that don’t put weights back. Average tvs and music. Machines are often out of order and this hinders my workout routine. Parking is good, definitely no drama with finding a park. Seems like the kind of place that’s happy to charge you an average amount each week and in return give you an average gym experience. I normally go in the mornings and can usually get a bench and use the equipment I want no worries. If there was a closer gym I’d definitely go elsewhere.

Amazing gym! Super clean & the staff are so, so friendly! Maria has gone above and beyond to sign my partner & I up and to make us feel so welcome. Parking is really easy and there is always a spot closest to the door and I feel safe going there at night. I get excited to train everyday because of the atmosphere in this gym!

Great gym, lovely service. I had a group session with a woman named Erica and she was so good! Patient yet she pushed me when I needed to. And even though it was a group session she made sure we all felt included and paid attention to. And overall the gym was nice too!

The gym is excellent, equipment is all new and its never too full, which helps as it's not a big gym. However, they don't have air conditioning in the main gym. I just went there today and it was hotter in the gym than outside. I cannot understand a gym that has no air-conditioning. Perhaps they cannot afford it, who knows ? I recommend skipping this gym during summer and hot days and coming back in winter or cold days cause if it were not for how hot it gets during summer, it's a really good gym

Gym is nice and clean but the equipments are outdated. Most of them are either broken or uncomfortable to use. Needs replacing. Most of the commons machines are not even at this gym :(.Kudos to friendly staff though

Great gym, clean and has a good space. Showers are good too. Had my first class last week with Dylan and was satisfied :D
