Great people here. Really helpful and friendly. Good range of vehicles and good value in my opinion.I found the corporate website less useful than ringing the local office directly, because vehicle availability may not be accurate on the website.

I rented a car as part of an insurance claim whilst my car was being repaired. Trying to book a car was bad enough but then when picking it up, their system wasn't aligning & they were just happy for me to wait endlessly rather than raise a manual contract which they did reluctantly at my suggestion. I returned the car a few days later & again, they followed a nonsense & unnecessary process that has zero to do with customer satisfaction. Overall I dealt with three people & all behaved in this officious manner which turned me off completely. Customer satisfaction, ZERO.

After Providing a driver's license with an address, sales team wanted an additional information ie. bank statement or invoices confirming address if you are going to pay with a visa card and not a debit/credit card. Nowhere online it has been specified which slowed the process down a bit. Nothing Adobe PDF can't fix in 5 minutes.No Logic what so ever. Typical Computer says NO"Good Luck with your business."

Great service - helped me out with a good car a reasonable price at short notice. Better still Stefan and Mark were kind enough to put my motorcycle in their premises for safe keeping while I had the rental car rather than leave it outside.

We were in a situation where we desperately needed a hire car at the last minute on a Sunday morning and the team at both Tuggerah and East Gosford went above an beyond to make this happen. Absolutely fantastic service from both Stefan and Craig at East Gosford. We are extremely thankful and couldn’t recommend these guys more.

After a big name car rental company failed to deliver at the appointed time, Budget saved me a great deal of distress by willing to work past the 1pm closing time on a Sunday afternoon to get me a car. Special mention to Zoe who went above and beyond to get me a great deal at such a late hour, and did it cheerfully yet efficiently...she's a real champion for the business. The other gentleman who brought the car out and got it ready for me was fantastic as well, I forget his name but I think it is Greg or Craig. Thanks to all at Budget.

If I could give Vanessa and her branch a 10 star review I would. Following a last minute move out of Sydney I booked a rental with Budget East Gosford. I was extremely short on funds at the time and I had planned the trip “to the tee”. My friend who dropped the truck back at Budget got lost, went over km’s resulting in the truck being returned later than planned. Vanessa was extremely kind allowing me a week to pay back the excess money I hadn’t accounted for 2 weeks later. Life can sometimes put you in a place you never expected to be. It’s nice to have good old fashioned “humanity” and understanding out there. A million thanks Vanessa ten times over!Rich :)

Wonderful customer service from the East Gosford team, for both collection and drop off. Everything was easy and the whole process extremely smooth. Van was perfect for what we needed and very fuel efficient which is what we currently need! Definitely will recommend to any friends or family needing to hire a vehicle on the coast
