Boss Cuts Barber

I have been going here for the past year. Never disappointed. I get a bit of anxiety with haircuts - and have never had an issue with anyone on the Boss team. They are very friendly and treat every customer like family. Truly a humble business with exceptional quality in haircuts! I even had my nose waxed (first time experience) and it didn't hurt one bit! Each and every barber are skilled with fades, straight razors, and every skill under the sun. Also great conversationalists and make great efforts to connect with all customers. I cannot recommend them enough! Very fair prices too - never overcharged. Getting a quality beard trim, fade, nose wax for $50? How could you say no! Literally the only negative I have had are they are so popular that sometimes you have to wait - but definitely worth it. The waiting chair isn't super comfortable but hey - who really cares. The place is very very poor and they are showing false price on the road for $15 and after the hair cut they are charging $30. In front, of me there were 3 people he looted like this. Extremely worst experience. The other part is there is no Professionalism or cleanliness, the razor blades are not changed and it's very very unsafe to have a hair cut. Better to go somewhere else.

such bad service, they literally swore at me for not paying for my son's haircut once, because the barber messed up his haircut. Very disrespectful people. They put music that has a lot of swearing in it, which is not good for the children and they say $15 but charge $45 to people. Nobody should go here, until they change themselves and learn to respect people. Please I recommend going to the Safi barber shop, because all of their workers are experienced, fair and OMG their haircuts have blown my mind, only for the price of $10. Go there friends and you will never regret it.

Very disappointing experience and will not go back. Firstly and most importantly, the haircut was nowhere near what I asked for (showed a photo). Secondly, the guy was quite rude and got progressively more rude when I was asking for changes, making me feel too uncomfortable to keep asking and eventually just saying it’s fine. Thirdly, the guy behaved like he was under the influence, making weird noises and doing some weird dancing thing mid haircut. Fourthly, they tried to overcharge me despite having a price list out. When I asked why the price was different (after haircut), he said because they haven’t updated the window display yet. Finally, there was a child who looked way to young to work helping them out.Very unprofessional. Would strongly discourage anyone I know from going here.

Very happy with my cut.Huss has a relaxed attitude and treats every customer as a friend, so some people may interpret this as unprofessional" however I personally felt very welcome and enjoyed having a good yarn with him.The cut turned out very well and he also tidied up my beard without chopping into it

What a mess, unbelievable shocking service.Spend your money elsewhere and keep away from this place.

Workers were nice people but if you have long hair just don’t go here, it seems they are really good at short stuff but they massacred my long hair, I asked simply for my same haircut but shortened and thinned out and the guy absolutely butchered it, super uneven, way too short even though I showed him multiple time where to cut. Again the shop itself was nice and they were friendly people but just save yourself the trouble if you have long hair and go somewhere else

Terrible customer service, 1 barber in there with full seats moving slow , people walking out. Don't bother going here.
