Same as the person below me in the Newiest review, went there yesterday with a $50 note they told me it was fake and I had to argue with her and showed her when I withdrew the money she still said it was fake in-front of everyone and try to belittle me if you going to use your your machine to check the note make sure it's correctly working. Was served by jig and had no apologise and nothing she was wrong

All staff need to be properly trained and not argumentative. I just has a staff member tell me they couldn’t add my frequent flyer points because my card doesn’t have a chip and yet other staff have been able to enter it manually. She told me they all must have lied. I’d like to believe this is not the case BP. I think the correct response would be. “I will find out how that can be done”.

Very irritating, After buying fuel I went to put air in my tyres only to find two cars parked there. I suspect they were staff and I had to double park in a dangerous position to put air in my tyres

Popped in for the famous Wild Bean coffee.Slow service due to many customers topping up with fuel and only 1 attendant on duty managing forecourt payments n café.I found that unacceptable as a busy corner service station is known to be busy...hence needing to attendants.The huge windows if the café had not been cleaned in ages n grubbiness appears almost permanent.The BP fuel is of highest quality as I work n know from Aviation but as a whole assessment its a NO GO again to visit.

This is a newly built service station.It sells ULP & Diesel, no LPG.It has an air and water station (at the rear), toilets and the usual servo convenience shop.It can be difficult getting back onto West Coast Drive during busy times.Care needs to be taken when entering from the North as vehicles can be lined up at the pumps restricting a quick exit off West Coast Drive increasing the risk of being 'rear ended'.

After presenting a BP gift card to the assistant Harsh. He gave me the scanner and told me to scan it myself. He then advised me the gift card does not work. I have used it at many other outlets without any issues. It seemed he didn't what to do or make an effort to enter it in manually. Very rude. Also helps if they learn English!! Will be contacting head office in regards to this.

Went and had a coffee and toasted sandwich. Quick service and good price. Nice staff.

Love the local coastal BP no stupid speed bumps

This is a classic older generation BP that will have you reaching for the rose tints. The ramp is small but there is a pretty generous car park out the back. Extraordinarily, it appeared as if people were parking there and then walking over to the non-BP cafe next door. If I was the petrol station operator I'd be clamping these vehicles and sending them down to Henderson to be turned into coke cans. That aside, the coffee machine inside is working well and offers excellent views of the Indian Ocean. I took a moment to contemplate its vastness and then carried on.

The person serving me declined my money which he said was fake luckily there was a person to buy my items for me, he also wasn’t able to make coffee on the coffee machines.
