Aquatic Achievers

We have been to multiple swimming lessons conducted at swimming centres, this is the first specialist swim school that we have used and WOW! It’s such a massive difference! The classes are extremely small and the tuition is catered to each individual child’s ability. My daughter does not adapt easily to new environments or new people, so the fact that she was laughing within seconds of starting her first lesson and cannot wait to go each week is a huge testament to their operation. I honestly cannot recommend this school highly enough. Linda is an engaged manager who welcomes every family and seems to remember each child’s aptitudes and abilities at a glance and stops to update all parents weekly on progress. Miss Arshia is an extraordinary and rare person- think of your favourite primary school teacher mixed with a playschool presenter- no wonder the children adore her and love their lessons! I hope your kids are fortunate enough to have her as their teacher too!

Get your bubs in young. Mine have loved it. Very well worth the money as trainers are skilled and very good - my 2yo was competent and 'safe' (although we still kept an eagle eye on her!) in the water and a quicker freestyle swimmer than me (very embarrassing at public pools, trying to keep her within arms reach!) at 3. Is fab to see the kids going up through the skill levels as they ring the 'graduation' bell and teachers very competent and patient.

The staff are all amazing at there jobs no matter which instructor your child gets. They go above and beyond to help your child feel comfortable. Both my sons love it here and have gotten so confident. My 3yr old had never had a lesson but since being here for almost 8 weeks he can now swim. So happy to bring my boys here each week! Showers are great for the kids and lots of places to change them. The staff are always making sure the kids are safe in the water. Highly recommend this centre

My daughter has graduated after 8 years and 12-ish levels. We’ve been through almost every trainer/coach as she’s progressed and everyone has been fantastic. My daughter is a better swimmer than me and it wonderful to see her skills and confidence in the pool. Would definitely recommend Aquatic Achievers!

My son goes there but I have found it is very busy. 4 kids per class which waste so much time. Kids do not get attention and they do not learn quick enough.Staff at reception is good, but they mostly do not have time to talk.My card was stolen once and a lady called me as advance payment was declined, as the card was cancelled. She was rude and very abrupt.I might search for a new schoolSome of the instructors are rude and not helpfulAgain same problem in Oct. Reception so busy and rude.

My son has been attending this swim school since he was 6 months old . He is now five and a half. I have consistently been impressed with the level of expertise of the instructors and the care taken with my son and the effort put into helping him through some issues with his behaviour. He loves swimming and is gong ahead in leaps and bounds, currently learning to coordinate breathing, arms and kicking in Breathers" level. Supervisors are always available to assess your child and give you feedback. They are approachable and you simply need to ask when you want an update. With some levels there are also regular checks that are initiated by the supervisor and a written and verbal report provided. My son swims week nights as the weekends can be very busy and I found that teachers on the " firm list" were more readily available on a week night. There is also a list for very gentle teachers ! There are never more than 4 students in my son's classes

Such a great, fun atmosphere. Lessons are tailored to individuals skills levels and not rushed through. Instructors have been amazing and friendly to the kids. A great place for your kids to learn and develop as they need. Highly recommended

Highly Recommended. After trying 3 other swim schools I will not take my children anywhere else. When my now 3yo daughter started lessons here 18 mths ago she had a fear or the water, through their patience and understanding she quickly learn't to love it. They worked with her to build her confidence in the water and make swimming fun which was very different to other schools we tried. The staff are friendly, approachable, patient, understanding and best of all they treat each child as an individual while teaching essential survival skills in the water. This centre has multiple lessons running at once, it may look busy however classes are based on ability level and class numbers are limited. There is always someone supervising outside the pool and I love the regular progress updates I receive. It's great to see the proud smile on your child's face as they receive a certificate and get to ring the bell when they progress to the next class / skill level. The staff have set structured class plans which helps kids know what to expect and build on their skills. Heaps of times and days to choose from. Fantastic teachers and a great environment to learn. Not to impressed with the swim school lately, my kids are being spoken to like rubbish. They went from loving the place to scared to go in. I'm having to pretty much drag them in, Their swimming has gone backwards feel like canceling after this week. Must say Glenda is great with my kid's, but can't always be guaranteed to get her. 3 years ago i would have given a 5 star.

The location is very odd and GPS had me going in circles to a trailor park... oh dear! However, you cannot beat AA as their program is so perfectly designed. The instructors here understand infant and child development. They take their time helping each kid learn and have fun. Best swim school.
