We hired Max to help us relevel our backyard, which was a sloping, heap of mess. Max delivered what he said he would, and beyond. He gave us tips and shared his expertise to ensure we continued best practice. It was alot of manual work but everything was done with utmost care. Max and his team are absolutely amazing! I found Max after doing lots of research to rectify a job done by another trade that was not completed properly, causing us lots of problems and preventing us from using our backyard fully. Max understood that our project was both emotional and functional. Throughout the whole process, from quote to handover, Max and his team were professional, prompt, and understanding. Even as we added and changed items along the way, no job was too big or small. It was a seamless project, including the installation of a new deck, garden beds, pathways, and concreting. From the first contact, I appreciated how prompt he has replied to my job request considering how many requests i sent out to various gardening services out there but only few have replied and fewer actually available to take on my request.Among the fewer who are available, Max is the only one who is keeping in touch and willing to come out for onsite consultation on a short notice.During our first consultation, Max has explained to me what needs to be done and also discussed with me what I want done in the future. Max also explained to me about what need strata +/- council approvals. Thanks Max. Your explanation actually enlightens me and safes me trouble with strata and council/When Max comes to do the big cleaning for me, he has done a thorough job on cleaning my weed jungle up nice and quick. All done in half a day!During the job, he also asked for my permissions before he moved things around or cut any of my shrubs instead of just go ahead and do it.In a nutshell, he is good and know what he is doing.
