What a wonderful cafe! I enjoyed an oatmilk cappuccino and Alisa's Feta Dukkah Eggs for breakfast and it all tasted delicious! The service was very friendly and efficient and the decor was spacious and comfortable. Even visiting the outdoor toilet was a lovely experience as I got to pass by the veggie garden on the way up the path on a beautiful, sunny autumn morning! Such a lovely cafe that I highly recommend!

A classic cornerstone cafe that oozes charm and a stunning view of the city. The service was relaxed and friendly and the food was great. The coffee was also great, another place I couldn't fault... #stunningcityview #goodcoffee #goodfood

Awful and unreliable cafe. Seems to operate at the whim of owner/staff. Turned up to lunch on a Monday and was advised they will shut at 1 pm because “it’s been quiet”. A few weeks ago a Mother’s Day lunch seating was booked and we were advised upon showing up that their “chef had Covid” and therefore it’s takeaway only (and that they didn’t have our contact details which was not true). A business that could not care less, let’s see if it lasts won’t be returning.

Hi, i drank a late which was served in a clear glass and a beautifully engraved spoon all meticulously clean. There is bench seating outside, four to a bench. Service was prompt and friendly. It had a middle age clientelle enjoying a chat with coffe and cakes. Its a two minute walk from Strathmore station, recommended. Cheers.

Nice and quiet corner spot in Essendon. I liked the overall vibes of this place. Ordered the smashed avo some coffees and the new stacks. The smashed avo should include eggs as it was too bland. The feedback I got on the new stacks was that they were a little too salty. Apart from that all was good

We enjoyed a nice breakfast and good service at breakfast this morning. The coffee was fine, but nothing to write home about. The experience was let down by a table of self-absorbed mummies and their out-of-control children... So we can't really blame the café for the inconsiderate behaviour of patrons, but I don't think I'll come back.

This cafe is within walking distance of home for us. We often go there with our granddaughter to get a coffee and sit in the sun. It’s been a while and I believe there are now new owners. We will now go to other cafes as it’s just thievery to charge $3.50 for a tiny cup of milk froth with no marshmallow, no cocoa or sprinkles and call it a bubbachino.
