Intensive Care Landscapes and Pools have been a really great company to deal with. We had a backyard makeover. - pool renovation and paving, decking, turf and garden bench. Phil,, Nic and the team are meticulous in all aspects of their work. They have been courteous and respectful, friendly and also helpful with suggestions. Phil communicated well before and during the work. They completely cleaned work site on completion. We highly recommend them - a truly professional team.

Phil and guys are quite good. You can talk over your project objectives and Phil will add some great aesthetic and also value manage some construction strategies. I found that his suggestions are quality technical construction outcomes which will avoid future problems. Recommended.

Phil, Nick and their team were brilliant in doing a complete makeover of our back garden and pool area. They were professional, honest and their communication was excellent at all times. They came up with great ideas for the project and the outcome was superb. We subsequently engaged them for other work in our home and we were very happy with everything they did. Phil and the team at Intensive Care Landscapes were outstanding from start to finish. Phil worked with our own ideas to come up with a result that transformed our tired old courtyard into a thing of beauty. Due to a damp problem we were looking for a lasting and stylish solution: Intensive Care Landscapes provided just that solution.The project involved all the hard landscaping for our courtyard – removing existing long-established palm trees and their root systems from the site, pulling up existing concrete, re-levelling the entire area and removing old soil, laying a new concrete base and associated drainage, tiling with travertine pavers, building two raised garden beds and a wooden seating area, laying new decking on the upper level, and finally, installing an irrigation system and garden lighting. The site was a difficult one to access, being on a main road, but the team found a solution to this and also observed Covid-safe practices during their time on site.The team take pride in their work and their workmanship, the materials used and their attention to detail was excellent. Phil and his team were friendly, reliable, polite, courteous, hardworking, punctual and helpful. The final costs of the project were well-aligned with Phil’s original quote and they delivered an excellent product in the agreed time frame.We highly recommend Intensive Care Landscapes and would not hesitate to use them again. Intensive Care Landscapes recently re-did our pool and landscaped the area around it and we’ve been thrilled with the results! Phil and his team went out of their way to meet our needs, making sure that everything was done perfectly, and the job completed in a timely manner. They were honest, reliable, hardworking, friendly - overall a great bunch of guys to have around for the few months that they were working on our property (our kids loved them!) Would highly recommend their services.

In December 2020, I decided it was time to renovate the pool area and other areas close by. I contacted 4 companies for quotes and spoke to a number of suppliers. I visited a few sites and got a good understanding of what people were getting done. Intensive Care Landscapes was one of the 4 quotes (and was not the cheapest), Phil Hampton, spent sometime discussing options and giving me details of recent jobs they had done. I was extremely impressed with what I saw and each of the owners gave glowing report when dealing with Phil. I signed the contact and the work started in February 21 after almost 3 months I now have a beautiful pool area and back yard. I can't believe how it turned out. Should anyone be considering a serious renovation, Intensive Care Landscapes should be considered, I recommend their workmanship and ideas for a great job.

Phil and the team were great to deal with. Despite the challenges of COVID and numerous rain events the guys were able to deliver on our landscaping project. Any issues that arose were always quickly resolved and the guys were always communicative and made sure that the end result was to a high standard.

We have used the services of Phil and his team for several external renovation and build projects over the last seven years. We have had work done on an upfront quoted cost basis, as well as a cost-plus basis (for a more open ended engagement) and have always been impressed with the transparency of the costing, as well as the quality and professionalism of the work executed. Great problem solving, out-of-the-box design ideas, and the ability and workmanship to improvise solutions when the situation requires are all the qualities of the Intensive Care team of tradesmen that we would recommend and why they would be our first choice for any future work that we require.

Completely landscaped our front and back garden as part of a major renovation to our property on the Northern Beaches. Included pool, garden landscaping and outdoor kitchen. Phil and his team are great. He also has some skilled craftsmen for stone and wood work and it shows in the finish. They were 100% focused on getting the job done right, did well when we made adjustments to the plans and also followed up well after the job was done for any final finishes. Hard working, highly skilled team of professionals. They also happen to be really nice guys! Highly recommend.
