Poorly trained staff with a fundamental misunderstanding of Australian consumer law.Saleswoman told me what I wanted was unavailable, upsold me, and only showed me the box at the counter after she'd scanned it. The returns process was a nightmare, and the staff were extremely rude both during the sales and returns interactions.

My experience this morning was the worst ever. Chloe and the store manager are the two worst humans I ever met. It's beyond me how are this two in customer service roles ?????Stay right away from this rude , arrogant non human beings and this store ! Plenty of other choices aroundNot recommended !!!!

Ordered and paid for a new fridge early March and was told it should be ready in a week or two. 4 weeks later, still no fridge so I rang them and was told it shouldn't be long. 2 weeks later, still no fridge so I rang again and was told they'd get onto the supplier and ring straight back. Up till now I'd accepted the excuses considering the situation with Covid, but 2 days later I had to ring them a third time, and this time I wasn't so polite. Miraculously I heard back within 24 hours that the fridge was in and ready for delivery. It arrived yesterday and was dropped off in the kitchen and just left in the box. If I'd been unwell or a little old lady, how the hell would I get it unboxed and moved into position? I was originally going to order through Appliances Online, who deliver, install and take away the old fridge, but I thought I'd do business locally. Bad mistake - I SURE WON'T BE RUSHING BACK TO THE GOOD GUYS.

Not usual for me to give bad reviews but this needs to be said so others do not get caught out.The displayed price of a product should be the same as the sale price. The item I selected was the only one of that brand on display so there was no confusion there. Sales person checked the system and said they had the item in stock. Believing all was as it should be I proceeded to the checkout where once the sale was made I looked at the receipt to find I had payed $100 more. When questioned about the higher cost the response given was they did not have that model in stock so I was sold the Upgraded model". This was deceitful plain and simple.As I had already made the purchase I felt pressured to accept the item so I didn't have to go through the process of doing a refund only to walk out without the item

Bought a coffee maker. Paid for the 3 years extended warranty and Concierge service. 18 months later tried to return it as the pump was just running and would not stop. They didn't want to exchange it without the box. So I am supposed to keep a half meter by half meter box in my house forever? Eventually, they decided to exchange the machine but I had to leave the box for the new one in the store with all the accessories. What kind of Concierge service is this? Not only that; the paper work, fiddling around, testing it, waiting for someone to grab a new one from the back, explaining 3 times what was wrong, turning it over to write down the serial number and making a big mess, all took well over 30 min. By the time I left I was fuming? Could have swore the whole idea behind the Concierge service is to swap for a brand new one, IN THE BOX, if anything goes wrong.

Legitimately do not want to serve customers. Twice now have been in store and watched them merchandising or playing with their phones on the sales floor. Eye contact made, and yet no one willing to approach to make a sale. Cash money in hand, literally ready to buy but no one wants to sell. Unreal.

After 10 minutes looking at dishwashers I was approached by sales woman after asking questions about models I was told to go home, look on Web sites and after I made a decision I could come back to store and order through them.Did not want to go through products on floor and discuss pricing.

Never has what you want in stock and staff will try to upsell you ten times without ever offering to order it in. And that's after you've spent ten minutes trying to get a staff member's attention!
