We booked a bridal party for 4 at 10am. We arrived an no one was there. 10.10 someone rocked up no sorry we are late. At the end of the pedicure 2 of the 4 had to ask for patch ups due to painting not being adequate. 1 of the party had her toe cut and had to say to the guy doing her pedicure “that hurt” his reply “yes sorry I cut you”. Another 1 had to ask to have more skin removed from her heels as when they said they were finished her heels were still cracked. They did do more skin removal after asking and her heels were much better. We only went there because my normal nail technician Annie’s Nails is home based and can only do one at a time. In hindsight we should’ve gone to Annie and did one at a time as Annie’s Pedicures are amazing, hot (not luke warm) towels, hot stones and she takes her time and does a great job for a better price.

They are rude and intimidating.I gave this salon another chance after my shellac was done thick and looked horrible on my fingernails. I should’ve have bothered. One of the problems in my opinion there is a massive language barrier which usually can be managed. Not at this salon! I told the lady who put the tips on then the a different young girl was doing the polish. They either just ignored what I was saying or just don’t understand what I was saying. It’s hard to tell. I hadn’t had them done for a long time so just thought it was a base coat. When I said can I pick a colour she said you said you wanted French tips. I originally asked an about French tips on my own nails but decided to go with Colour on Acrylic. They obviously got completely confused. Then the boss lady got really cranky and said you asked for French Tips. She actually stood over me and tried to intimidate me. They took the coating off and she was very rough. There is no way on earth I would ever return to this horrible place again or recommend anyone to go there.

If I could give no stars I would, my wife went in to book an appointment and decided to give this salon a go. (Sunday 15th January 2023 at 11.45am) the girl was rude and said we are too busy you’ll have to come back around 1pm.I get that it’s just nails but there is no need to speak to a customer like that especially a new customer at that.So my wife told her that’s ok she’ll go to TOP SPA and what a contrast in service was really helpful, was booked in and the young girl said we won’t be too long.2023 and you would think after the last two years when we were in lockdowns you think customers would be a priority. Obviously not going by this so called service.

$60 for a pedicure where my toes were left bleeding for days, one nail looks infected and the polish is so faint on 4 nails. The water my feet were soaked in was so cold I asked for it to be warmer and she said that's as warm as it gets.. then I was told to walk on the dirty floor to get my nails painted under a desk instead of at the chair.I'm so disappointed, I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before. Will never be returning which is ashame as I get my nails done monthly.

Wouldn’t recommend! I left so unhappy twice! I asked for coffin nails and but the time he finished filing them down they were so short and curved and wouldn’t re do them :/ they make you feel very uncomfortable like you’re wrong. Waste of my hard earned money

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service and rude communication. I paid $110 for a clear acrylic and spa pedicure. When I got home I noticed that the paint job on my toes was terrible and messy. I went back the next day to complain and ask for it fixed or refund. Staff were very rude and not willing to help until I told them I would complain to consumer affairs. They then said they were too busy to fix and I had to come back later. The store only had 2 customers inside who were already being serviced and 3 other staff sitting on their phones. I said I wanted it fixed now or a refund. They then argued until the issue was eventually fixed. I was treated very poorly and will NEVER return again or recommend someone to this place. They made me feel as if I was in the wrong for not being happy with the poor service they provided.

Has to be one of the worst customer services I have ever received. The lady missed a spot on my nail and when I told her she was very rude and told me it was fine. I also wasn’t happy with the shape and when i told her she was again, very rude. I was quoted $60 and for basic acrylic nails was charged $75 when the sign outside says $55. I also paid cash and was told I would get $5 off for doing so however when I went to pay she charged me $75. Do not recommend this place and I will not be returning !

Feels like Karen’s diner. Staff are so rude it’s actually laughable. Rushed jobs and pedicures with zero care or foot massage. Smudged nail polish. $65 pedicure that took 12 minutes in total.

Poor customer service and poor communication. Someone started doing my nails then completely left me to take over from someone else who was doing nails next to me. Left me sitting there unfinished. Nails not given a top coat. A child processed my payment, everyone else was too busy or didn’t care. Please go elsewhere that’s worth your money. Never again!
