Great service all roundVery happy with the overall service AUSUNTECH Energy gave us, Antonio Sugathan was our Sales person and was more than help full start to finish including a review of our first full billing period to back up the expectations we had for the system. Admin and installers were all polite and helpful with any questions we had and prompt in responding.

After discussing my needs with Ausuntech I didn't even bother going through the market, I had the confidence they had the best supply for my needs. From there the install was seemless and the end result looks great. Thanks Ausuntech.

The process of explaining a solar system to us, the rebates, and the return on investment period, was exceptionally well explained with the relevant documentation and diagrams all provided.The installation was actually early, which was a pleasant surprise given the time of the year, and also with the Covid challenges thrown in. The company and installers had no issues with me requesting that a roofer work hand in hand with them to ensure any broken tiles were replaced - not necessary in the end.I was expecting the usual sales and forget attitude that every company I have dealt with in WA was going to give us, but true to his word, Anotonio - (who was our salesman and not responsible for after sales), a few months later, on the back of a text message, resolved any issues within a day or two and continued to follow up.An exceptional experience and I could recommend Antonio and Ausentch to anyone. We literally had to provide access on the day for installation and that was it.

Friendly and professional installers Damon and Mike finished installing today for my house. Double storage house very hard job as my roof are very irregular shapes. They are very detail. Very happy with their work and services. Will recommend to friends. Also the consultant Stanley very professional too.

Eric was great with being available to answer any questions I had prior to installation.Honestly, couldn't be happier! Had my 6.6kw system from these guys, fantastic service. Quick turnover for my order. Very professional fitters showed up the day, answered all my concerns and willingly relocated the already installed brackets to my preferred position on the roof. I won't trust any other small solar companies with less establish years as there is no guarantee you can even find those guys when things go south.
