Trim Time Beenleigh

My son is 3 years old he has had his hair cut 4 times twice by me and now twice by professional hairdressers. Last place i went I paid $20 and he came out with his hair cut and i thought he looked cute. This time around I went to Trim Time because a) it was $10 and b) it was a quick walk in and hair cut. Wasn't expecting much and didn't really mind how it was cut as long as it was cut. The gentleman who cut my son's hair did an amazing job. He has styled it. My son sat in the car the have he loved it! I am so impressed. Way more impressed here than the other place we went. They have just got a customer who will regularly be bringing my boys back for hair cuts.

Have had cuts here before and service had been pretty good and value for money.Lately not so good shop meant to be open no open meant to be open till 5pm arrive to fine not open or arrive 430 told closed.

They always do a tidy job and are extremely good value. I'm not a fan of the traditional hair dresser sharing their drama and life stories; these guys just get on with the job and do it great. Thanks for looking after me! Chris.

Got a haircut today number two all over.The guy was quick and done a good job. ButGot home look in the mirror he missed so much of my hair. I could do a better job myself. I won’t be going back there

March 19 2023 the barberer did not look at the picture i gave hi and he was also getting angry too quickly.

New management SUCKS!The price has gone up and so have the wait times! Go in on a Monday morning, 1 poor young girl working by herself with people waiting outside the shop.New manager sitting in the back room watching videos on his computer.Seems to come and go as he pleases while this poor girl is slaving away for hours!What happened to having 2 staff on at any given time like it always use to be?Pretty sure this new manager is try to shaft his customers and staff!Price increase of $5 and 1 less staff on.... You making that money white man?The girl that gave the hair cut was great though! Really nice job. You could tell she wanted a break though...

Dosnt listen and mess up and very bad making me look homeless

The worst haicut I have ever received. The barber was very disrespectful and blamed the type of hair I have for such haircut. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Tried Hair cut there today. Male barber is unprofessional & rude attitude. I am Brown skin male & He was doing cutting from 1.5m distance away & making sure that do not touch my hair because of my Brown color. Also hair cut was so poor quality with different hair lengths all over places. DO NOT waste your $10 there. Better to spend $20 with good quality locally trained people who knows how to treat customer & how to do hair cut. ZERO STAR FROM ME.
