I am not one to usually write a review but I feel I want to share just how amazing my experience has been with Van Cleef & Arpels, Chadstone. I highly recommend the store based upon one Sales Associate, Emilie. She has helped me choose key pieces for the last two years and has shown me nothing but respect, kindness, patience and care. I’m someone who works hard to save for my pieces and not a monthly client, but Emilie has provided the best customer experience I have ever had in a high end store that can sometimes be daunting to shop at.If you are considering a piece, any piece, I strongly tell you to go to Emilie. She went even above and beyond today in Covid to make sure my birthday present arrived in time! So happy with it and I thank you so much Emilie for the time you take to make sure my pieces are the right ones for me.

My first visit to Van Cleef & Arpels was memorable, I went instore with the intention of trying on the alhambra bracelet. James assisted me, after trying it on I fell in love with the bracelet. I purchased the bracelet and James assisted me from start to finish. His customer service was outstanding it’s everything you could wish for in a sales associate. I wanted to get my bracelet links removed to make it shorter, I was advised it would be sent off and that he’d notify me once it’s arrived back instore. He notified me the week after which I was going to come in on the weekend to pick it up. During that week he had sent me a card in the mail thanking me and congratulating me on my first purchase. Now tell me what store have you shopped at has their sales associate ever personally hand written a card and sent it out to you? I was stunned and so appreciative. I picked up my order instore on Saturday and James was great as always. To anyone who plans on shopping at VCA I advise seeing James!

I don’t normally write reviews unless I feel the experience was phenomenal which was exactly how it went with James. He was extremely informative, kind, gentle and patient assisting myself and my sister towards the end of a long day on Friday.I would definitely come back to this store for James to assist me in the future for more VCA pieces next time.

Managerment needs to train their retail sales staff a bit better. After purchasing the Vintage Alhambra necklace for myself, I was shocked to find that they did not ribbon wrap my purchase nor did they include the cleaning cloth or travel pouch until I ASKED. Every other luxury brand would provide this without asking so I find it quite careless on their behalf. Each piece is special and utmost care and attention to detail should be taken with each purchase since it’s not an everyday purchase!Around the world the Information inside the booklet says each van cleef piece is unique & delicate and utmost care should be taken to maintain the longevity of the piece where each piece should be stored in the “travel pouch” when not in use and the cleaning cloth is to maintain the beauty of your piece- If retail staff are not providing you the full experience and then not providing these with your purchase, how can you maintain it like how they say you should?

Cecilia gave my partner and I such a great experience on our first visit to VC&A. She educated us on all the work that goes into creating VC&A pieces and it’s was fascinating to learn so much about a brand we knew very little about. We felt welcomed and like we could ask any question as Cecilia took the time to answer it thoroughly.

Another sub par experience from the chadstone boutique. I got a piece from the lucky spring collection and even though I got the ribbon and cleaning cloth, the travel pouch was not included as they were out". I wasn't offered chocolate like international stores or even a brochure. Though I've only spent over 10k in store over 3 years which to them must be a measly amount
