Henry was fantastic! It has been such a stressful time with moving and our oven & cooktop at our new property were left in a very poor state. I had given Henry our old address as we required a quote for some services there (which he provided extremely promptly - all responses were impressively fast) and forgot to provide him with our new address for the oven & cooktop clean. Henry travelled to our new address without any problem at all. We appreciated this so much. He was friendly and professional and I was so happy to have him in our home.
