I can't speak more highly of Kula Health, the staff, the premise, friendliness and professionalism is outstanding. I was recommended to go for needling on an injury and they were brilliant. I will definately be going back for health and therapy needs.

Kula health is an amazing place for anyone looking to improve their health and well-being. I personally saw Brendan for his naturopathy services and would highly recommend. I was having issues with my health and Brendan gave me a realistic plan that improved my symptoms. I would also highly recommend Sharon’s yin yoga classes. They are so beautiful and relaxing.In general there is a nice community feel about the practice and everyone is so friendly.Couldn’t recommend more ☺️

I have been seeing Dr Belinda Small and she has been fantastic. A massive help with my back and neck pain as well as helping me though other methods of healing such as dry needling which has really helped.

Belinda was thorough in her assessment of me. She explained her adjustments clearly. I felt lighter and freer after the session. Highly recommend. The receptionist was also very helpful and patient.

Brendan is second to none, his attentiveness to my body and its condition, as well as repair and recovery is just incredible. I have enjoyed our sessions so much. If you are hesitant to give needling a try, I would highly recommend Brendan as his technique and education allows me to be confident in what’s happening. For days after my sessions I feel so different and my body moves so much better because of them.

The woman at the front desk was lovely. She was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I loved the activities available in the waiting room, too! Brendan was amazing. He made the environment totally comfortable and the acupuncture treatment he provided was excellent. We had wonderful discussions about a range of topics and he recommended a great book about periods which I can’t put down. I will definitely be back and I won’t hesitate to share my experience with others!
