Very helpful staff with wide range of products available on the shelf

So annoyed at customer service. Rang to check if they had product in stock and guy confirmed yes there was 5. Drove 20mins to get to store only to find out those 5 products were on hold and there were none left. Will not be returning to this store again.

Pharmacy service is a waste of time. Misinterpreted an e-script as expiring months ago…that date is when it was issued. Maybe if they didn’t walk away while I was speaking I could’ve explained that. Also kept my other script without asking, didn’t realize till I’d already left. Very weird, jarring experience, but overall it’s a serious issue if you’re making it impossible to get medication.

This is the worst chemist warehouse I have ever visited. And i only say this in regards to the pharmacists at this pharmacy. They are incredibly rude, not there to actually help people and seem more interested in getting rid of the person at their counter than actually helping them. I have personally experienced on more than one occasion, pharmacists refusing to fill out a script because they tell me they cannot dispense my medication, ( by the way, the medication I take is for chronic nerve pain, so if i don't get my script filled out, I am left in crippling pain, that causes me to vomit its so painful) when each time they have told me this, I have gone over to another chemist and they have been more than happy to fill out the prescription and offer me friendly advice about my medication. I have also worked in the medical field as administration and had the pleasure of meeting and working with plenty of pharmacist that genuinely care about people and their patients and It is shameful that this chemist warehouse even constitutes to employ these 'pharmacists'.

Cannot speak high enough of staff, especially Fred & Sarah. Their expertise & their effort to know more about my on going challenges makes their service exceptional. Post HTX & other major illnesses, I know I am safe in their hands with medications specifically for and not for me and my illnesses. All staff are efficient, friendly and consistently support and assist when required. Polite and efficient friendly service.

Not too busy when I was there and I was able to get the products I needed and was out very quickly. Good place to go to for most of your medical needs.

I ordered literally life saving supplies for my daughter being told that would be in within 48 hrs.3weeks later I was told tough luck too bad they will be in when they get here.No customer service from the pharmacists just arrogance and dismissive behaviour.I will never step foot in their store again,If you want good customer service go elsewhere.
