Amazing before christmas sales. Was served by a lovely staff member. I wish I caught her name but she gave the best retail service I've gotten. And they don't follow you around the store asking you if you need assistance every 2 minutes which is wonderful. Great to browse at all the great clothes, could be in there for hours.

I like to shop in H and M and it’s one of my favourite shops . But today one of the girls at the desk was rude to me i had a face mask on to protect myself and others ! It doesn’t mean I have Covid . I was quite unhappy about same . This is the first time I had a bad experience , I have been shopping at h and m for years!

Very very cheaply made clothing. Spend the extra money and buy better. Tried a bundle of shirts on at the shop, all were fine, got home and washed them, all in the same wash, following instructions etc. One shirt shrunk by at least 3 sizes and the hemming all came undone, but the others were fine. Bizarre! Very disappointing.

I walked into your store at 3.40pm today - wandered around for 15 minutes and picked up 3 items and approached the counter to ask to use the change room to try them on. The young sales assistant then told me the store would be closing in 2 minutes and that if I wanted to simply purchase the items I could do that and take them home and try them on, and if they didn't fit bring them back within 30 days to swap or get my money back. What happened to good old customer service? I know you're a big chain and my potential $120 purchase wouldn't make a dint in your budget but you've lost a loyal customer in me and I'll be telling everyone I know about the poor service you've provided. Makes me wonder if you said this to the other 15-20 people that were still in the store at the time? Unhappy is an understatement. Will take my
