I had the pleasure to of speaking with Andre Ilic today, what an absolute ambassador for Kennedy and Rolex, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I’m a principal artist of the Australian ballet. I have recently received long long waited Rolex Explorer 2 just in time to celebrate my new born son! I love everything about Rolex and Kennedy has the ability to make it even more special for their customers even if it means waiting for years. I can’t thank Kennedy enough for this time piece. Literally every time when I check time it just puts a smile on my face to remember my son and the experience of receiving it. 3-month belated review: In November 2022, after months of researching on the perfect dress watch, I found myself visiting Kennedy at The Star Sydney, where I was looked after by Elma. Although I already had my eyes pretty much set on a JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon, Elma no doubt helped me to reinforce my decision, after letting me try on a variety of dress watches to suit my style.My first visit was a survey mission, and I came back the second time only a week later to lock in the purchase with Elma, notwithstanding the watch was out of stock at the boutique and required ordering. It was all credit to Elma’s professionalism and 5-star attributes of a sales rep (a few sales rep I’ve encountered in the past can definitely learn a thing or two from Elma).I would not hesitate in recommending anyone wanting to kick start their interest in watches (warning: it’s expensively addictive) or looking to add another time piece to their collection to go see Elma at Kennedy at The Star Sydney. I myself will definitely be a returning customer.

Her customer service is truly unrivalled, she paid attention to the details of what I wanted, kept me updated on each step in sourcing the timepiece and has since followed up a number of times post delivery to ensure I’m satisfied with my purchase.Elma provides a true boutique experience, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

After visiting a number of different boutiques across Sydney, I decided to buy my very first watch - a JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon - from Kennedy Star Sydney. I was very fortunate to have dealt with Elma, and highly recommend anyone looking for a time piece to look for her when you visit. Despite having no prior history with the Kennedy Store, I was treated by Elma as though I was her long-term customer and received exceptional customer service from the start to end (something which I definitely cannot say about other boutiques). Throughout the entire process, Elma showed great patience, knowledge, and attention to detail. It became very clear early on that making a sale was not her number one priority. I had initially set my eyes on the JLC Master Control Calendar but she encouraged me to take my time to consider other options. This turned out to be very helpful advice as I ended up choosing the Master Ultra Thin Moon (a decision which I am glad I made). The experience with Elma was so positive overall that I came back shortly after to purchase my partner a Cartier Tank, and I am sure I will be back soon for many more time pieces in the years to come.
