Century 21 Masterpiece - Macquarie Park

I have been a property investor for over 20 years. Ann Leung of Century 21 is the best property manager I have worked with so far. She is very polite and quick to response to all my enquiries. She has been proactive in providing maintenance suggestions. Her recommendations are smart, cost effective and professional. She has leased out properties for me in a quick timeframe with prices higher than my expectations. I highly recommend Ann Leung as property manager.

In 2.5 years i have dealt with 10 proptery mangers, Monica, Zac, Leo, Anabell, Leslie, Ann, Jessie, Alison, Kathy and Jackson.... They lie, harras and threaten with eviction even thou your rent is paid on time.. They are not interested in solving the problem at hand instead they ignore it and prefer to pass you onto someone else...Worst agency I have dealt with. First proptery mangers didn't put new contract in file nor did she add the photos I sent with the damages. Drains were blocked by previous tenants due to cigarette buds and dog hair. They had the nerve to tell me a week ago it was put up for lease agsin for $650 a week... its not worth thst as mount just saying I had to pay for a plumber because I caused it ... I don't smoke, and don't have a dog because I'm allergic to dogs.They don't like being asked questions, they don't like it when you catch them out on a Plie, they font like tenants talking to fair trading when there's an issue and they want to know what their rights are.They never answer the office phone office phone voice mail always full.They said owner is coming back from overseas and wants to move so we moved out it was another they put the unit up for lease 1week before we moved out they increased the rent in April to $600 aweek. They put it up for lease again this time increasing the price to $650 a week... They are EXTREMELY RUDE... Never working with them again...

Jolian Wang from Century 21 Macquarie Park was the agent who arranged the new apartment for us. I have not come across a better service when trying to rent an apartment. We were in a rather tricky situation needing to find a rental within less than 2 days. Jolian went far and beyond here duties to make this happen for us. And not only did she arrange everything within a very short period of time, she also made it possible for us to collect the keys on Friday night well after her hours of duty had finished. Her efforts were outstanding and very much appreciated.
