Easy transaction. Quick delivery. Gifts are exactly as described. Only one small criticism, it would be good if the key chain was stable in the box. But overall, very happy with my purchases.

We ordered personalised candle favours and engraved hip flasks for our wedding. Both turned out absolutely stunning! Our guests all loved their favour and not one was left behind! A few candles did arrive broken but customer service were good and replaced these (I just had to pay for shipping, however I do note there is an option to pay for insured shipping if you want). Thanks so much! I would highly recommend Personalised Favours.

Absolutely brilliant. Well packaged and glasses exceeded expectations. Opened to see the quality and bloody outstanding. Very easy ordering process for a custom product, was great to see a proof to approve before it was made. Was delivered very quickly too for something that had to be custom made. The gift wrapping is beautiful and definitely worth the cost. Would definitely order from Personalised Favours again!!
