The service was so exquisite. The staff here are both convivial and professional. The feu au bois pizza is very special and it’s definitely one of the best I’ve ever tasted! Highly recommended.

Ottelia was recommended for it's pizzas when we did the Whistle Post wine tasting. We decided to eat here after a tour of the Naracoorte Caves and it was exactly what we needed. The pizzas were tasty and dough was soft with the right amount of crust and fillings. Delicious tirimisu with coffee. Shame the kitchen closed at 3pm when we visited. Helpful staff and reasonable prices for excellent food.

Overall, the experience kinda was sad. I had high expectations.The male waiter was very friendly and helpful, but the older waitress there was not welcoming even we called in advance if its fine to walk in and she seemed to be in a bad mood. This made for an unpleasant experience at the star and detracted from the positive aspects of the restaurant.The pizza was alright, but it was a bit burnt.Be prepared for the possibility of encountering a less-than-enthusiastic staff member.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ottelia in Coonawarra and we cannot recommend it enough. The service staff were wonderful - incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our lunch was enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing - each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, with spot-on wine pairings. The ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, and the entire experience was a true delight. And speaking of wine, Ottelia's wines are absolutely delicious - be sure to try them during your visit. The property itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, with stunning views of the vineyards. All in all, it was a fantastic dining experience and we would highly recommend Ottelia to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious meal in Coonawarra.

Incredible wines, absolutely delicious food, fun and friendly staff. The Chefs feed me menu was well priced and a delight for the taste buds. Was caught licking the plate but no regrets.

Fantastic wine tasting experience and great wines. It was a seated tasting experience and the wines were explained well. We'd eaten there before but hadn't made a booking this time so ended up having takeaway pizza and wine in the park next door which was actually fantastic - I would recommend if it is a nice day. Lovely staff.

Amazing and unique food and wonderfully matched reds to go with our meals. The desserts were divine. Best I have eaten in a long while. Will highly recommend this venue. Will definitely visit again.

Great spot in Coonawarra, we did the walking trail and had lunch half way. What an awesome stop off, food was sensational. Ricotta gnocchi and the steamed buns were the stand outs. Service was fast and all the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend
