Kool Spark are absolutely fantastic. Set up our motorhome only to find we had no power. Within 30 minutes of contacting Kool Spark Ben arrived and worked tirelessly to solve the problem all while having to work in a storm. Words cannot describe how happy we were with Ben's work ethics, happy demeanour, respect for us and the motorhome. He was incredible. Also, a big shout out to how quick Kool Spark were to respond to my highly emotional call a to Mat who came out the next day to replace the temporary part with a permanent one. Kool Spark should be very proud.

Great job, any body thinking of getting a split or ducted air conditioning system in your home. I highly recommend Matt to install it, so professional and above standards of workmanship.

Would highly reccomend! We had an issue with our builder in how they had wired our newly rennovated bathroom. I called Kool Spark and they were out to our place within a day. They spent the afternoon going through the electricals from top to tail and fixed it to standard. Very happy with the service. Called Kool Spark Electrical following the purchase of an investment property to replace a couple of lights, bathroom exhausts and the installation of a new fan/light combo. Having to organise the work from Townsville before a quick trip down, I found the communication and service exceptional! Shari was very friendly and booked a job in to suit, Matt was easy to deal with and quoted very reasonable prices and our sparky Tahj was not only professional and performed quality work, he went out of his way to undertake additional work. Had a few small repairs done through these guys, always good service and friendly attitude. I had repairs done on two power points behind my bed frame, I had the bed moved forward for the sparkies to get in and do their job, and they moved it back for me when they were done! I know it’s not a big deal, but my bed weighs a tonne and I certainly wasn’t expecting it. They made my day.
