My son has been storing with these guys for years.My son falls behind on payments all the time but eventually catches up but during those difficult times times of falling behind on payments, Access storage have been fantastic & decent enough to not to get rid of his storage, they have been so patient waiting for my son to catch up again & we are most grateful for that.I can't thank the people at Access storage enough, they have been understanding in every aspect.

Currently a customer who's living interstate. Came home for two weeks over the holidays to find a paper sign on the fence saying they've shut for two weeks. No email notice provided, and now I can't access my items. Very poor service.
