Great and timely installation, pricing is very competitive for the industry , one of the great things is that the quote includes the electrical work as required. AAAA++++ BEST COMPANY EVER. Darren, Brendan & Daewen initially came to our home to replace a RC wall mounted unit in a downstairs bedroom. They were fast, efficient, clean, tidy & trustworthy. Communication fantastic. Lovely honest family men, qualified, down-to-earth experts. Very good price & actually provided larger unit than specified for the same price. So impressed that I consulted Darren on best heating & cooling system for our home. Subsequently had the team install a full RC aircon system in the roof, in addition to decommissioning & removing the old hydronic system which died recently. Fantastic price, v clean work. This final task in particular was dirty, extremely heavy ( I think close to 2 tonnes or more of cast iron & miles of piping & ductwork was involved) & potentially very messy but the boys again were innovative, clean and fast - you’d barely know the old radiators had been there. The team have just installed a new loo and a heat-on-demand hot water service for me as well. A little outside the initial brief! ..but I was reluctant get anyone else in after dealing with Smoel. So relieved & happy when they agreed to help with these items too. All told my bills are about half of what they were & the installed products are fantastic. Very fortunate to have come across Darren & his team at Smoel - absolutely could not recommend them highly enough for any heating & air conditioning needs you may have. Trish Corless.

Edit: Michael/Mick is the BEST BRICKLAYER! Perfectly polite, very friendly and extremely skilled in brick work. You should see his meticulous attention to detail, the perfectly aligned bricks and how the new bricks have perfectly blended into the old bricks. I would rate Michael's work as 10/10. I'm stunned at how well his brick work blends in perfectly with our old house.Darren thank you for the prompt and professional removal of our old aircon and our old heater.Your staff have been legendary, extremely polite and thoughtful. Hands down some of the best tradesman, they even helped me to detect a gas leak and fixed it. You have such a good team, they were very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.I think you and your team deserve 11 stars out of 10….

If you’re looking for a great experience with anything to do with heaters, you can’t beat Darren and his team at Smoel! After calling multiple other businesses to get nowhere, within one call to Smoel they were here within an hour and a half and our heater issues were fixed by the end of the day. Brilliant customer service, definitely recommend!

Very happy with Smoel Climate Control service. We have a few air conditioner installed, and the service with Smoel Climate was the best in terms of communication, being on time, and a proper installation. Staff are very polite and professional too.

Darren and his team have been extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve been having smelly ducted heating and the team were able to diagnose the issue - I had an unsafe heater - which they helped replaced and even removed a rats nest that they found! They were really friendly and on time. Could not recommend Smoel Air enough! will be using Smoel air for all my heating and cooling issues!

Brilliant to deal with, storm damaged system was replaced with Fujitsu system, fully zoned throughout the house, the men that installed the system worked hard, they taught us how to use the new system and were rapped when I said I’d clean up. I’d recommend them on Service, quality and price. The best Aircon company to deal with.
