I purchased a cast iron wok at a Le Creuset Demonstration over 30 years ago, and have enjoyed using it, on a regular basis. Just recently it started to pit at the bottom and i reached out to Le Creuset customer care, for some advice. Chloe has been assisting me, and to cut a long story short, i have just received a replacement. I was so pleasantly surprised, not just with receiving a new wok, but also with the outstanding level of service provided by Chloe. I have told this story many times now, to friends, and hope that, they like me, will support this truly wonderful brand. Thank you Le Creuset.

A few weeks ago I emptied our salt shaker into the rubbish bin and accidentally threw away the plastic guide in the top. Unfortunately the rubbish was collected the same day. I contacted Le Creuset and Simona sourced a replacement bit very quickly and sent it to New Zealand at no charge.The best service and customer focus I have ever come across and we now have functional salt grinder again which will last a good number of years. thanks again Simona awesome

I am blown away by this company and their standards.Our family are big long time supporters of Le Creuset. Their cookware is exceptional. We had an old kettle that had lost it's spout top (it didn't whistle anymore), we contacted Le Creuset hoping to get a replacement part as the kettle after almost 10 years of use was still going strong. We were asked to send multiple photos of the kettle and then in subsequent emails told although the kettle was out of it's warranty (by multiple years), Le Crueset would replace the whole kettle at no charge to us as a show of good faith.Thank you Le Crueset, what incredible customer service and long term thinking. We are now enjoying our beautiful NEW kettle.

I bought my Le Creuset non-stick pan years ago and use it daily. Recently I noticed damage to the middle of the pan and even though it not considered a manufacturing fault, Le Creuset offered a replacement pan out of goodwill. A huge thank you to Le Creuset for their fantastic service!

After using our Enamelled cast iron pot for about 9 years, the base suddenly chipped leaving a bit of the cast iron exposed. Despite perhaps not having cared for the pot exactly as we should, we had certainly tried to keep it as perfect as possible.Simona from the Customer Service team understood the predicament and was extremely helpful. As a gesture of goodwill they opted to replace the pot, which was extremely kind. It has left us looking at other Le Creuset products as a result!

The reviews for Le Creuset are just a small indication of the exceptional customer service and kindness from this company. Mark Suransky was incredibly helpful to us with a manufacturing fault in a couple of our stainless steel items - and replaced these quickly. Both Mark and Isabelle made sure we had exactly what we needed - and ensured the product replacements were sent quickly so we could be up and cooking again! David Jones were also very helpful - I cant recommend Le Creuset highly enough - not only are the products themselves just great, but the team and company that stands behind them truly deliver customer service and absolutely stand by their lifetime warrantee. Le Creuset really do honour their product. Recently, Simona from Le Creuset customer care organised to replace our blue enamel cooking pot that had received unusual chips in the cooking surface. The pot was possibly over twenty years old. The new blue pot arrived promptly in the mail!In addition, Simona sent us new parts for the handle of our (more than forty years old) frying pan. The wooden handle had weakened through so many years of service. She sent instructions so we could easily put on the new handle.The Le Creuset product can be - must be - passed on through families as it has great longevity and the after sales service is second to none!

Recently, we had an issue that needed to be resolved through Le Creuset's customer service. From their quick and accurate response to our inquiry via email, to the smooth process of resolving the issue, everything was handled very efficiently and professionally. Thanks Simona again for handling everything so smoothly!

I contacted Chloe at Le Creuset for some replacement parts for our salt and pepper shakers. If only all customer service was as easy as this. Thank you Chloe for resurrecting our favourite shakers.
