Proactive and Professional.This is our second sale through 1840. This was a last minute decision and as a result Karl and Celeste had to negotiate with the tenants and the buyers.We are a busy family and 1840 managed to get all the background work and liaised with other relevant parties. Amazing service from Karl and his team. Great people. Recently I needed to rent a place for myself, inspection day was pretty smooth, communication and support after I received my approval email from the office was fantastic.On the day I went to their office to sign the contract and picking up my keys, I was served by Jake Dichiera as my PM. He was totally prelesional, explained every aspect of the contract and maintenance and regular inception. 1840 Real Estate have been absolutely amazing to us, in particular Karl. The landlord decided to sell the property we were renting and Karl was beyond supportive and helped us tremendously to find a new property, even after the property had changed real estate companies after it was sold to a new owner! He went out of his own way, and free time, to contact us regularly and reply to our emails despite us being contracted to another real estate company. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Karl, he genuinely cared about our situation and made sure we were going to be ok.
