Best experience i’ve had with any agents as a tenant in my time renting. Quick responses sometimes even outside of business hours and a genuine care for the tenants that shows. Very grateful that our current rental has been through C+C Agents. Highly recommend

Such ease to deal with as an owner. Chloe leased my property within days of listing and development settlement and for above market value. There were multiple listings in the building available so it was a tenants market, but she secured a high quality tenant and negotiated an earlier lease commencement date that worked to our advantage.
