These guys had a positive outcome on my problematic Cruze that another mechanic more or less gave up on. Reasonable prices and friendly service.

I took my car in after it started having issues with the clutch. I was told that everything was fine including the master cylinder. They bled the lines and told me there should be nothing wrong.A couple of months later I end up stranded with my clutch completely failing. The master cylinder needed replacing. I had to get my car towed to another mechanic to get it fixed.I would not recommend this place.

This guy and his team really know their stuff. His prices are affordable and he's very transparent about costs. He's extremely honest about urgent fixes and what could be done later. I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I was recommended by two friends to come here. Now I highly recommend to anyone, get your car serviced/fixed here. I love that I know nothing about cars and he explains everything in a way a non car person can understand.

Emergency clutch and slave cylinder replacement was needed. As per usual Troy and his team did an exceptional job and in a time frame that was unexpected but most welcome. Thanks again!

Took my car for a service, wasn’t told that my battery didn’t pass the test, battery died when I was down south 2 days later. When I asked the owner if he had information on the test done he said he could find the paper work. When I phoned to book in for my rear breaks I pulled the invoice out and that’s when I saw in small writing down the bottom that battery didn’t pass. I questioned why this wasn’t discussed with me and he started yelling at me. Very unprofessional and as a young woman Its very confronting for a grown man to yell at you over a mistake he had done. He didn’t want to take any responsibility for his mess up. All I was asking for was communication on what I needed done to my car so I don’t get stuck and have to fork out extra money for RACQ

We did a prepurchase inspection with them 2 days ago as we wanted a reliable car to do a roadtrip. We fixed what they told us to fix for it to be roadworthy. After 100km in the road the car begun to malfunction: gearbox needs replacement. I find it hard to believe they couldn’t have noticed the error before. We are now literally stuck and have to pay a few grands to get it fixed.

Amazing customer service, transparent communication, reliable repairs and in a timely way. I have moved further away from this business but I will make the effort to come to this business because they are fantastic. 5 years bringing my car here and I have never had a problem and only have good things to say about it.

In my opinion, Humphey's are the best Auto Garage on the Gold Coast.Troy and his team have never let us down.We have had new 4x4's, SUV's and VT sedans all taken care of by Humphey's for over 4 years now and have always recieved great service..
