Stopped into see Iain at Leap Farm. They set us up with beautiful cheeses. The Zoe is amazing, terrific in salads or on crackers

Small farm producing goats cheese from a herd of 76 (soon to be 84) Swiss Toggenburg goats. Beautiful creamy texture. Our fave was Big B the semi hard cheese. We also loved Bloom, their soft rind oozy cheese. And they had a fresh curd called Curdy that is very light and tasty. Passionate farmers, natural methods. Iain and Kate you were amazing. One of the highlight of our Tasmanian trip.

I am not keen on any goat cheese so can't rate the cheese. We got to feed the very cute baby goats.They practice (in my opinion) ethical farming techniques which is nice to see.
