Pharmacy is so grossly incompetent - pharmacist and dispense technicians screwed up my 5 month supply of antidepressants - 5 scripts I had. First visit to the pharmacy and they forgot to send my escript tokens back to me so I had to get a physical printout from them. Second visit today and now my 4 remaining supplies has become 1.Dont go here at all with escripts, typical incompetent community pharmacy.

they are an absolute joke... I been waiting 20 minutes for an inhaler. they are not busy. and question why I need a puffer even with a script. will never come back here.

Only came here for the giant “free Webster pack” on the side of the building. Was then told I was going to be charged $5 per pack.Took my scripts and went to chemist warehouse instead.Won’t be back.

They used to have really great staff and I’ve been going there for 4/5 years , I literally don’t recognise a face when I walk in there each time they have so much change in staff consistently and I always feel judged based on the medication I require, further more order meds and they don’t even call me to let me know it’s arrived, staff there seem to be annoyed at my dispensary list as it’s not often someone has all these restricted medications administered, I pay $1000’s a year on my psychiatrist and I don’t appreciate the fact I get quizzed on if I’ve ever taken this medication before, as it’s clear I’ve dispensed it from this exact location for years.

Recently I have been eating alot of white rice. This led me to not having a bowl movement for over 4 days. Thankfully the blonde Asian girl with the roots showing was super helpful in recommending microlax and oh my. It was like the floodgates had been opened within 40 minutes (I timed it). The consistency was that of frothy gravy but the relief was immediate. If anything it worked too well. Thank you for the help. Staff very helpful. Do you have anything good for a rash? Asking for a friend

Got Amoxicillin script filled from them last month. Amoxicillin comes in powder form that needs to be reconstituted. However, I found that they gave me already reconstituted liquid. I didn't realise until a month later cos I didn't have to give it to my son initially, didn't take the bottle out of the box and just put it in the fridge to be used later. Now he needs it and I cannot give the medicine cos it is only good to use up to 14 days after reconstruction. And I paid almost four times the price that I would normally get the medicine at Chemist warehouse.

I never thought I’d write a review about a pharmacy but time after time, I’ve been to chemoro Oxenford and experienced amazing customer service! One time I needed extra info off gp next door but they weren’t picking up phone. Instead of sending me back( like they easily could’ve) this lovely girl run over to the doctor’s to get necessary info. And yes she actually ran! Very helpful and friendly team!
