I always go there with my son. We are always greeted with a smile and receive constant excellent service from Joseph at Kingsmen Parramatta.He’s always listening to what we want done, very courteous and takes his time with my 3 year old son and always consistent with his meticulous work.Does the same when cutting my hair too and we always leave there happy.I highly recommend Joseph and Kingsmen.

Walked in and was seated very quickly.Joseph cut my hair and was very friendly, professional and quick. Super happy with my fade and beard trim and I’m looking forward to going back. Would highly recommend Kingsmen hair and Joseph the barber.

Got my usual a 2 all round with the top blended in, ray did this the best anyone ever has, it looks far better than a lot of the other attempts different barbers have made. Genuinely the one time everyone's noticed and approved of how well it was done. A true expert at haircutting, ask for ray for a fresh cut I know I will be next time too.

I got an awesome mid skin fade today around 4:30 pm from a young Iraqi barber around 19 years old. I forgot his name though! Would definitely return for him to cut my hair if the owner could provide his name, cheers!

I have attended this barbershop several times now. Never encountered any issues until now.This is by far the worst haircut I've had in my life. Unprofessional. You'd almost think the barber never learned the trade and just hacked away like Edward Scissorhands. I went in for a simple undercut that was to follow the clean lines I had as I am growing out my hair. I had a curved style cut, but I had no idea I would be left with mysterious shapes and lines instead. This particular barber cut with zero care doing as he pleased continuing to cut extremely roughly, snagging at my hair.He used a foil to clean the undercut (which I appreciated), but what I didn't appreciate was that he moved the foil up into my longer sections of hair, it got caught in the foil and ripped parts out from the folicle. While this was a painful and unprofessional haircut, my biggest surprise came when I got home. At this point I realised why I was not shown the haircut at the end in the mirror. The lines were completely jagged, destroyed and patchy.It made everything uneven and awful looking. It was a cut I needed before my birthday and it left me looking like I asked my 10 year old nephew to cut hair for the first time.It ruined 1.5 years of growing my hair because it looked absolutely horrible.I immediately had to go to a different barber and pay for a second haircut to correct the mistakes, resulting in losing a significant amount of hair in order to correct the mistakes of this barber " and having to pay for a second haircut elsewhere.Discussing my horrific experiences with the barber who corrected it

First time I ever paid $70 for 2 little boys hair cuts. The hair cut like any haircut that they have had previously for $20-$25. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and I left it to the last minute. But I definitely will not go back, not because of the price, not the haircut, but the service of when I questioned the cost the worker raised their voice. I paid and left, not understanding why. respect plays a role in getting customers. We will not be going back

I got my haircut last week from Ray. Genuine guy with lots of stories while treating you with respect and most of all, doing a brilliant job with the haircut!I normally don't go to the Parramatta store but just due to Ray, I will now start returning every 2 weeks
